I'm a visionary experience design strategist who helps see what's possible in elevating customer experience. My personal experiences with family members in the healthcare systems ignited my passion for improving healthcare and creating better experiences. As a leader, I'm an approachable and people focused manager of projects who inspires cross functional collaboration and empowers others to arrive at innovative solutions.

I've implemented over 40 programs and services within healthcare, consumer goods, and/or manufacturing and helped start and set innovation strategy at 4 different organizations to spur growth. I've conducted design research for Optum, UnitedHealthGroup, PepsiCo, Chamberlain, Gap, Hispanic Health Coalition and others, created furniture components for IKEA, conducted usability testing for Fluid Management and Carilion Clinic, taught at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, and helped build a 65-person manufacturing facility.

Masters of Design Methods from Illinois Institute of Technology Institute of Design, Masters of Fine Arts from the University of Texas at Austin and Bachelors of Fine Arts from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
