Workshop Artifact
A backcasting teaching artifact from workshop I organized and facilitated working backward from a 10-year future to identify what needs to be true today.
STRATEGIC FORESIGHT

Envisioning tomorrow helps prepare for today.
The future isn't one thing, it's a field of possibilities, and the job is narrowing it down: from possible, to probable, to the future you actually want. That starts with spotting signals while they're still whispers, mapping the forces driving them, and stress-testing what they could mean before they show up on a roadmap.
I do this through horizon scanning, scenario development, and backcasting, working backward from a future a team can actually picture to figure out what has to be true today to get there. Then I turn it into something people can hold: a prototype, a workshop artifact, a framed experiment with real success metrics, not just a slide.
Because a vision nobody can picture never becomes a strategy.
